The local zoning also allows for both short-term and long-term stays. Owners are also allowed to rent out the apartment themselves, but only without the involvement of any third-party intermediaries. <br />As of July 1, a new rental management model-agreement is in effect that both Resort Bonaires apartment owners and Corendon have provided valuable input for, marking a big step forward for Resort Bonaire and its apartment owners towards a successful future. <br /> <br />Apartment C0.9 is a ground floor, one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment on the corner of the building, with a large, L-shaped porch.
